Return or Cancel an order
If you are dissatisfied with a product, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving the item. The product must be returned in its original condition.
Please return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal to us. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.
Is your product defect?
If your product has defects in construction, please write us directly at info@epicarmoury.com

For returns within the EU/EEA (including Switzerland, Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein) please fill out the form below.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT from outside europe
Follow these steps:
- Please download our Return Form in pdf. format below, fill it out and send it to info@epicarmoury.com. Remember to mark the checkbox on either RETURN or DEFECT. For our convenience, we appreciate it if you also print out the completed form and include it in your return parcel.
- Once received, we will respond with information on returning the product. You must cover the expenses of shipping the product back to our warehouse.
- The return parcel must be delivered at the address, not a drop-off point or packing box.
- The return address to Epic Armoury depends on your region, as stated below:
