If you are dissatisfied with a product, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving the item. The product must be returned in its original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs and are advised to retain proof of postage. Once the returned item passes inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method (PayPal or credit card).

The Coif Bertram created by Burgschneider is crafted from natural white cotton and features a classic, versatile design that can be worn for any occasion. It covers the neck and ears and is secured by two ribbons. In its time, the coif was a staple item of clothing for both men and children across all social classes and was often worn under hats and helmets. Despite this widespread use, the coif was sometimes referred to as a "louse cap" by detractors due to its ability to prevent the spread of head lice.
