If you are dissatisfied with a product, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving the item. The product must be returned in its original condition.

Please return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal to us. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.
