If you are dissatisfied with a product, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving the item. The product must be returned in its original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs and are advised to retain proof of postage. Raider Armour

Epic Armoury’s Raider Armour is a worn and rugged piece of armor protecting the front and back of the torso and abdomen. Consisting of a solid steel breastplate and an attached leather backplate, this armor is sculpted to fit the body after securing the leather straps at the shoulders and around the ribcage comfortably. This steel riveted piece has been treated with Epic Armoury's Epic Dark Metal and a speckled brown coat to give the armor a rusted, well-used finish.

The Raider Armour is embellished with leather straps and antique-finished metal rings on the front, which can be used to hang trophies. The backplate features a riveted metal plate that allows for flexibility of movement and looks eerily like a beast’s flesh. Made of 1 mm thick galvanized mild steel and top-grain leather straps and fittings, this armor piece is built to withstand the abuse of a LARP or reenactment with regular leather and metal armor care.

Inspiration

• Based on orc costuming, which is a creature whose earliest references are found in Old English and Anglo-Saxon sources, such as in Beowulf and in 16th century Italian folktales
